A Schedule applies to a Service Category only where marked "✔️" (or the stated condition is met). No Schedule extends obligations to a Service Category to which it does not apply.
Separate Documents
(a) The following documents (each a Separate Document) form part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference:
(i) Commercial Terms, version 1.0 dated 20-10-2026;
(ii) Security, version 1.0 dated 20-10-2026;
(iii) Data Processing and Privacy version 1.0 dated 20-10-2026;
(iv) AI Services version 1.0 dated 20-10-2026; and
(v) Service Levels, version 1.0 dated 20-10-2026.
(b) Each Separate Document is to be read as part of this Agreement. A reference in this Agreement to a Separate Document is a reference to the version identified in paragraph (a).
(c) A Separate Document may be varied only in accordance with clause 11A.7 and any variation mechanism expressly stated in that Separate Document. A variation by notice under clause 6.11, 5.8 or 12(l) takes effect only if the Separate Document expressly permits it.
