A customisable hiring pipeline lets you control your own stages, approval gates and how candidates advance. On Teamified you start from the Standard Pipeline, then add, remove, rename and reorder stages. Candidates advance automatically on scoring or wait on a human decision, and you can run any role full AI, human-supported, or both.

How candidates move

Where a decision matters, the pipeline waits. Approval gates hold candidates at a stage until the right person has reviewed the evidence and signed off, with a full audit trail against the candidate record.
