Agents, on the Teamified platform
One platform, three kinds of agents.
AI Managers run the team. Task agents do the specific jobs. Backend agents do the invisible work. And through all of it, humans stay in charge: agents propose and execute, people approve and decide.
What are Alexia's agents?
Alexia runs three kinds of AI agents on the Teamified platform. AI Managers coordinate a team or function: goals, tasks, files, reports, group chat, and a kanban board. Task agents are specialists anyone can call for a specific job, from content writing to CV scoring. Backend agents work invisibly on integrations, routing, scoring, and automation. Teamified's own hiring agents are Alexia backend agents.
The three tiers
Three kinds of agents, one system of work.
Each tier has a clear job. Managers coordinate, task agents specialise, and backend agents keep the machinery running underneath.
Tier 1
AI Managers
A manager that never drops a thread
An AI Manager runs a team or function the way a good manager does: it keeps the goals visible, the tasks moving, and the reporting done, all inside a shared workspace with your team. It proposes and coordinates; your people approve and decide.
Humans stay in charge: managers propose and coordinate, people approve and decide.
Tier 2
Task agents
Specialists anyone can call on
Task agents are purpose-built specialists that do one job well. Anyone on your team can call one, and so can any AI Manager delegating a piece of work. Build your own in minutes with the agent builder.
Callable by people and by AI Managers, so specific jobs get done without hand-offs.
Tier 3
Backend agents
The invisible workforce
Backend agents are the workers you never see. They connect tools, route work, score and rank, and keep the automation plumbing running, so everything above them just works.

Proof point: our hiring crew are Alexia backend agents.
The agents that run Teamified's hiring, a minimum of 50% faster than traditional hiring, are exactly this class of worker. The platform that hires this fast is this platform. Meet the hiring agents
How they work together
One request, three tiers working in sequence.
You never manage the machinery. You ask for an outcome, and the tiers hand the work down and the results back up.
You ask a manager
A person asks their AI Manager for an outcome in plain language, in chat.
The manager delegates
The AI Manager breaks the work down and calls the right task agents for each piece.
Backend agents do the plumbing
Integrations, routing, and scoring run invisibly so every step just works.
Results come back to you
The outcome lands back with the human in chat and reports, ready to approve.
Every hand-off is visible where it matters: the human sees the request, the progress, and the result in chat and reports, and approves the decisions.
Build your own
Create managers and agents for your own processes.
Spin up an AI Manager for a team or function, and build task agents for the specific jobs your business repeats, in minutes with the agent builder. They run on the same backbone that powers our hiring crew.
