Mason + Quill + Compass · job creation
Mason turns a conversation into the JD, the company profile and the hiring plan, and surfaces your existing library before a dollar is spent. Quill designs the interview questions. Compass learns what you'll actually say yes to. A human approves everything.
mason · live brief
ListeningI need a senior frontend engineer for the payments team. React, someone who can own a surface.
You describe the job. You don't build it. Every draft is yours to edit before anything goes anywhere.
Mason, Quill and Compass are the job creation agents in the Teamified ATS. Mason builds the JD, the company profile and the hiring plan from a conversation, and surfaces your existing talent library before any budget is spent. Quill designs the interview questions and learns what your managers actually rate. Compass owns the hiring-manager and company profiles, so every later score reflects your real bar. A human approves everything.

Mason · job creation
You brief Mason the way you would brief a colleague. Mason asks the questions a good recruiter would ask, then drafts three things at once: the JD, the company profile and the hiring plan. No blank templates, no form with forty fields.
Mason also asks the hiring manager for a 30-second video about the role, in their own words. Candidates hear the role from the person they would work for, not just read it from a page.
Human in the middle: You describe the job. You don't build it. Every draft is yours to edit.
The approved brief hands off to Quill.
Mason · library reveal
Before you spend a dollar, here are eleven people you already have.
Everyone who ever applied, interviewed or was shortlisted, with their evidence attached. The budget only goes to the market when the library does not cover the role.

Quill · interview design
Quill designs the interview questions from the JD, the company profile and the hiring-manager profile, then watches which answers your managers actually rate and sharpens the set every round. The questions get better because your judgement is the training data.
The JD, the company profile and the hiring-manager profile all feed the question set, so candidates are asked about what actually matters here.
When your managers score answers, Quill notices what earned the marks and adjusts the questions on the next round.
You sign off the question set before a single candidate hears it. Quill proposes; you approve.

Compass · profiles
Every hiring manager has a bar the JD never captures. Compass owns the hiring-manager and company profiles, and updates them by listening to the manager's own interviews: what they probe, what they praise, who they advance.
Later in the pipeline, candidates are scored against the JD, the company profile and the hiring-manager profile together, so the shortlist reflects the real bar, not just the brief.
compass · profile update
The JD said
8/10 Kubernetes required.
The interviews said
The manager advanced two candidates who scored 7 and probed communication hardest in every round.
The profile now says
Communication weighs heavier than the stated Kubernetes bar. Scores adjusted; JD flagged for review.
People decide
The JD, the company profile, the hiring plan and the question set all arrive in front of your hiring manager before anything goes anywhere. The AI drafts and surfaces the signals. A human always decides.
