1. Promoter
- The Promoter is PATONA DIGITAL PTY LTD (ABN 92 654 805 437) T/A teamified of Level 2, 696 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 ("Teamified" or "the Promoter").

2. Agreement to terms
- Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
- Entrants must also comply with the Teamified platform terms of service, which apply to all platform use including prize AI credit.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to persons who:
- attended the ATC 2026 Uplift conference held 13–14 October 2026 at Federation Square, Melbourne;
- are aged 18 years or over;
- are entering on behalf of an Australian business holding a valid ABN; and
- are authorised to open a hiring role on behalf of that organisation.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
- The Promoter may require proof of ATC 2026 attendance, identity, and organisational authority at any time.
- Entry is not open to residents of, or organisations whose principal place of business is in, the Northern Territory. Any entry from an NT-based entrant or organisation will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw.
4. Entry period and how to enter
- The Promotion opens on 13 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
- To enter, an eligible person must, during the Entry Period:
- sign up to the Teamified platform; and
- open a new hiring role exclusively on the Teamified platform.
- Each Qualifying Role (as defined in clause 5) opened equals one (1) entry. There is no cap on entries per organisation.
- A maximum of one (1) prize may be won per organisation (determined by ABN or corporate group), regardless of the number of entries or individual entrants from that organisation.
5. Qualifying role requirements
- To qualify as an entry, each role must:
- be a genuine, new hiring role (not a duplicate, test, or re-listed role);
- be listed exclusively on the Teamified platform and not advertised or sourced through any other platform, agency, or job board during the exclusivity period; and
- remain open for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of listing, unless the role is filled via the Teamified platform sooner.
- Roles that are withdrawn, closed early (other than being filled via the Teamified platform), or found to be cross-listed or not genuine will be invalid and the associated entry void.
- If a prize has been awarded on the basis of an entry later found invalid under clause 5(b), the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, reverse, or claw back the prize AI credit.
6. Prizes
- There are five (5) prizes available. Each prize is $1,000 AUD of Teamified platform AI credits. Total prize pool: $5,000 AUD.
- Prize AI credits:
- may be used only on the Teamified platform and only for hiring services;
- are not transferable, not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and have no cash value;
- must be used within twelve (12) months of the date of issue, after which they expire without refund or compensation; and
- are subject to the Teamified platform terms of service.
7. The draw
- The draw will take place on 5 November 2026 at 13:00 at Level 2, 696 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
- The draw is a game of chance. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- If an organisation is drawn more than once, the additional entry will be set aside and a replacement winner drawn, so that no organisation receives more than one prize (clause 4(d)).
8. Notification and prize delivery
- Winners will be notified by email to the address registered on the Teamified platform by close of business (COB) on 5 November 2026.
- Prize AI credit will be applied to the winning organisation's Teamified platform account by no later than COB on 9 November 2026.
- The Promoter is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive notification due to an incorrect or inactive registered email address, provided notification was sent to the address registered on the platform.
9. Unclaimed prizes
- If a prize remains unclaimed, or a winner is found to be ineligible or their entry invalid, the Promoter will conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
- Any redraw for unclaimed prizes will take place no earlier than three (3) months after the original draw date, at the same location as the original draw, and the redraw winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the redraw.
10. Verification and disqualification
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, conference attendance, organisational authority, role genuineness, and role exclusivity. Entrants may be required to provide evidence of exclusivity on request.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms;
- tampers with or manipulates the entry process; or
- engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, or contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.
- The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
11. Privacy
- The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion, including to administer entries, conduct the draw, notify winners, and apply prize AI credits.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at teamified.com/privacy, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Winning organisations' names may be used in reasonable post-campaign publicity. No individual's name or likeness will be published without that individual's prior consent.
12. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
- Subject to clause 12(a), the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence or wilful misconduct.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected due to technical failures or causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Any tax implications arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winning organisation. Entrants should seek independent tax advice.
13. General
- The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it cannot proceed as planned due to causes beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including force majeure events), with notice published via the Teamified platform.
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms prevail.
14. Governing law
- This Promotion is a trade promotion conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory lottery legislation.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
- Entry is restricted to exclude Northern Territory entrants. No permit is required in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, or the Australian Capital Territory for a trade promotion of this value.
